Student Council
What is Student Council?
Student Council is an elected group of third, fourth and fifth grade students who come up with ideas to make our school better. The students actively organize community service projects and they provide positive role models for Kīpapa's Student Body. They do this by adhering to the pledge of our student council representatives and serving their classmates through a diplomatic process.
What is expected of a Student Council Representative?
- Attend all Student Council Meetings
- Set a good example by being positive, a good teammate and being responsible
- Be active in Student Council Projects
- Keep your class and a younger Buddy Class informed on school happenings
- Represent Kīpapa Elementary to your classmates and the community
- Always do the right thing, even when no one is watching you
